'It's just *AH!* and little crush *CRUSH!* not like I'll faint eeeeeverytime we tooouch.' OK I'll stop. Sorry.
Ok. So the skin on my arms, legs, naughty bits, lets just say *body* is way less of a bitch than that which resides on my face. It's pretty happy just doing it's thing. I get those stupid little infected hair follicle type red dots in the centre of my chest /over my boobs sometimes and the occasional few on my back, but generally, things are pretty good.
Despite being pretty easy going when it comes to bodily skincare I do like a good scrub at least once a week. Usually I'm a big fan of Soap & Glory's 'Flake Away' however my local boots had run out and I figured I'd give their 'Sugar Crush Body Scrub' a go.
This stuff smells great, like Key Lime Pie, all zesty with a bit of sweet. Yum. It's good. Pop into the bathroom to wash your face, have to stop and take a sniff type good. The 'scrub' aspect is alright, not overly hard or abrasive particles but still effective.
The only issue I really have with it is that though the almond oil it contains is moisturising it does leave an oily residue all over the bottom of the bath / shower and can have a tendency to cause the product to slide right off my pins before I've had a chance to work it in. 'Flake Away' seems to stay on board a bit easier and I'd say that I'd still purchase it over 'Sugar Crush' due to the actual scrub itself being a bit harsher and as I only buff my booty once a week I like to feel I'm really going for it. However for those of you who manage to rub away (ermmmm?) at yourselves more regularly I'd absolutely recommend this. Take note, it's usually a fairly reasonable £8 from Boots but often in a three for two deal. Even if it's not your cup of tea I'd say try and get yourself a whiff of the stuff at some point, it's really rather heavenly.
Loves and hugs and shit. xxx

Not gonna lie, I sung along just a lil' bit. Haha :) I've been wanting to try S&G body scrubs for the longest time! I haven't ever used a body scrub before though, so I feel weird splurging - they're a bit more exxy where I live - on a scrub considering I'd probably be too lazy to use it. I've smelt it though and it does smell yummy and cola-like! I really love the scent of the Breakfast scrub too :P

You could try making your own if you cant spend the dough! Have a google but I know there's a lot of brown sugar/lemon/honey type DIY scrub recipes out there! Breakfast scrub was a bit too sweet for me, I know its a firm favourite for many though! x
