I was aware of the launch of the Salon Pro nail range from Rimmel, but having been swept up in the hype surrounding the Barry M Gelly Hi-Shine's (worthy Hype I might add) I didn't really bother to investigate. Then I spotted this little beauty. It's just such a gorgeous shade I couldn't resist (500 'Peppermint' for those of you wanting to nab your own!) It's almost a mid way point between my beloved 'Greenberry' and newly purchased 'Guava' from the Barry M - Gelly Hi-Shine line.
I'm a big fan of the Rimmel 60 seconds range, they have a fabulous formula and possibly the best brush around. The Salon Pro Range, it turns out, is equally awesome. The brush is very similar, thick and short, allowing for the whole nail to be painted easily in one or two strokes. It's a rather viscous polish, similar to the Gelly Hi-Shines, and its staying power is superb. I went 5 days without one chip, just some typical tip wear (acceptable when your tapping on a keyboard most of your waking hours), and it's under a fiver!
Will you be picking up one of the Salon Pro range?
